Our Field Jobs – Expatriate Roles
Project Management and Leadership
- Head of mission: Responsible for the general coordination of operations in a country, working with local partners and teams.
- Project coordinator: Responsible for the implementation of humanitarian projects in the field, while respecting the strategic goals and needs of the populations.
Donor Relations
- Donor Relations Manager: Develops and maintains strategic financial partnerships to ensure the financing of projects.
- Donor Relations Officer: Supports funding management and writes reports in line with partners’ expectations.
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL)
- MEAL Manager: Oversees monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes to ensure the project quality and impact.
Administration, Finance, and Human Resources
- Financial Coordinator: Manages finances at the country level and ensures compliance with accounting procedures.
- Human Resources Coordinator: Ensures human resource management, from recruitment to staff training.
- Administrative Project Manager: Provides essential administrative support to local teams.
- Mission Accountant: Handles accounting and financial monitoring of field projects.
Logistics and Supply
- Logistics Coordinator: Responsible for supply chain, infrastructure, and field security.
- Project Logistics Manager: Manages the specific logistics needs of humanitarian projects.
- Procurement Manager: Ensures the quality and availability of essential supplies.
- WASH (Water, Sanitation, Hygiene) Manager: Oversees water and sanitation activities to protect the health of populations.
- Energy and Building Referent: Optimizes energy solutions and ensures infrastructure maintenance.
Medical and Paramedical
- Medical Coordinator: Oversees the medical strategy and leads field teams.
- Deputy Medical Coordinator: Supports the coordinator in implementing medical activities.
- Medical Referent: Provides technical expertise for health programs.
- Nursing Manager: Coordinates nursing teams and ensures quality of care.
- Sexual and Reproductive Health Officer: Leads health programs for women and girls.
- Midwife: Provides essential care to pregnant women and their newborns.
- Surgeon: Performs surgical procedures, often in challenging environments.
- Pharmacist: Manages the supply and quality of medicines.
- Anaesthesiologist: Takes care of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Attending Physician: Provides direct medical care to patients in our healthcare facilities.
