ALIMA and ALIMA Australia are distinct organizations united by the same mission. ALIMA Australia is registered as a company limited by guarantee with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). It is also recognized as a registered charity by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Furthermore, ALIMA Australia is registered as a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status by the Australian Taxation Office.
