2025: Facing Crises, We Held Strong

Conflicts, malnutrition, epidemics, and the collapse of funding: in 2025, humanitarian needs reached a critical level. Despite these challenges, ALIMA’s teams remained mobilized alongside the most vulnerable populations.

In 2025, crises multiplied: violence in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Sudan, persistent malnutrition in Nigeria, limited access to healthcare in the Sahel, and the resurgence of deadly outbreaks such as Mpox, cholera, and Ebola.

As international funding declined sharply, ALIMA continued its operations in 14 countries. Thanks to your support, more than 2.4 million people received care, including 156,000 children treated for malnutrition and 59,000 women supported during childbirth.

Behind every number are faces, stories, and lives.
Thank you to everyone who stands with us. Together, let’s continue to act in 2026.
