Our Recruitment Process: Step by Step

Find the Right Role for You

Visit our recruitment site: Check out our job offers at ALIMA. Choose a role that matches your skills, profile, and field conditions.

Submit Your Application

Send a detailed CV, highlighting your skills and experience, as well as a personalised cover letter.

Application Review

Our HR experts review your application within approximately three weeks. If you have not heard back after this time, your application was not selected.

Pre-Interview

If your application is pre-selected, you will be contacted for an exploratory phone interview.

Test and Final Interview

You will participate in a more in-depth test or interview with a panel, including an HR expert and a technical specialist.

Final Decision

Two outcomes are possible:

  • If selected, you will receive a job offer
  • If pre-approved for our talent pool, a career advisor will reach out to discuss your first assignment.

Onboarding

You will complete a briefing program before starting your role, whether at headquarters or in the field.
